Board Of Directors (BOD) Masterclass Programme - Trade Associations and Chambers

The Board of Directors (BOD) Masterclass Programme, jointly organised by ISCA and SAC Capital, is one of the training programmes set out in Practice Note 2.3 of the SGX Mainboard Rules and Practice Note 4D of the SGX Catalist Rules for First-time directors to fulfil the mandatory training requirements.

This programme is made up of 17 hours Recorded E-learning Modules and 13 hours Playback Recording, comprising  4 x Director Masterclasses.  At the end of the Programme, the participants will receive a certificate of completion and is able to record up to 30 learning hours.
