Employers can apply via the SkillsConnect system to obtain training assistance for course fees and funding for absentee payroll. The grant application should be submitted no earlier than 180 days before course start date and no later than 30 days after course start date.

5. WSQ COURSE REFUND POLICY
Before the course is confirmed by ISCA, the participant can withdraw from the WSQ course. However, the refund will be prorated according to the following criteria:

30 to 60 days from the WSQ course commencement date | 50% |
Within 30 days from the WSQ course commencement date | 0% |
Approval will be granted on a case-by-case basis. All refund will be in the form of credit voucher where the participant can use to pay for another course organised by ISCA.
Once the course and seat(s) are confirmed by the Institute, there will be STRICTLY no refund for non-attendance. All participants are liable for the Full Programme Fees in the event of non-attendance.
6. WSQ E-STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT (SOA)
In addition to the ISCA e-Certificate of Attendance (e-COA), participants who successfully completed the course & passed the assessment(s) will be awarded a WSQ SOA (electronic copy). The e-SOA can be downloaded by the participant at www.skillsconnect.gov.sg after SSG has generated the e-SOA.
All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of S$500 from January 2016. The SkillsFuture credit will not expire and the government will provide periodic top-ups. You may accumulate your credit and use your credit to pay for or offset skills related course fees by applying for claim(s) starting January 2016. If you wish to disburse your SkillsFuture Credit to ISCA, please login to SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) portal (http://www.skillsfuture.sg/credit) with your Singpass, within 60 days before the course start date to submit the SkillsFuture Credit Claim and obtain the necessary approval. Failure to submit claim application via SkillsFuture Portaland obtain necessary approval before the course start date will result in an administrative fee of $42.80 levied to revise the invoice based on the amount of SkillsFuture Credit you have indicated to use.
